Stafford County Public Schools' Office of Technology offers tech support for students and staff, including a Virtual Technology Help Desk open on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. School Technology support teams are also available during school hours.

The Virtual Technology Help Desk is not available on holidays and other non-working days. Please allow up to one full business day for a response before following up. When emailing or calling the Virtual Technology Help Desk, please be sure to include:

  • Name

  • Employee ID or Student ID

  • Contact information

  • Position (Substitute - Daily, Long Term, or As Needed)

  • The nature of your problem.
